About our Founder
Alexander Willis is the accomplished owner of Willis Construction Corporation. WCC has design and build capabilities throughout Oceania including Samoa, American Samoa, Tonga, New Zealand and Hawaii. WCC has leading partnerships with architects, engineers and designers to deliver quality craftsmanship. Combining his business connections in the region and his building acumen, he has founded Emerging Paradise to unlock land concessions to hospitality and development in an equitable manner.
Manase is a village on the central north coast of Savai'i island in Samoa. Emerging Paradise’s land partner has 4.5-5 acres with beachfront property in the parcel. In addition the parcel has several islets. The land has favorable zoning and providence and borders an active resort.
